Hows it's made
Manoir de la Tete Rouge’s 10 hectares of vines are planted on one of the best clay-limestone site of the Saumure region.
The domain has worked organically since 1998. Since 2010 they have also received the biodynamic certification.
The grapes are placed in the pneumatic press for a slow pressing of 4 hours. The fermentation is done in concrete tanks from November to May.
No sulfur is added during the vinification until bottling.
