More About This Wine

On the nose wild strawberries, raspberries and violet are underlaid with candied lemon zest and grapefruit. Radiantly clear and pure, well fruity with a charmy watermelon sweetness. In the mouth, the clear white wine-like freshness and citrus juiciness dominate the taste, until the fine berry and melon sweetness comes back in the aftertaste and guarantee a mouth watering finish.

Hows it's made

All indigenous grape varieties of the island can be found in this rosado, both white and red varieties. Only a few hours of maceration to draw colour, then it goes straight to the press. Spontaneous fermentation in stainless still tanks, the wine is also aged in stainless steel.
