More About This Wine

Pale and delicate in colour. It’s light-bodied and not as overtly ‘volcanic’ as some Canary Island whites. Almond, lemongrass, thyme and lime run over a clear flint stone. Typical Canary Islands! The mouth is juicy and clear, with subtle nuances of citrus, kiwi and pomelo. Slim like the bottle it comes in, refreshing and straightforward. In the finish, the wonderful salt note comes alive from the flint soil. It makes your mouth water and immediately makes you want to open a can of sardines.

Hows it's made

The Blanco is made from three local grape varieties (Malvasdia volcanica, Diego and Listàn Blanco), spontaneously fermented using only indigenous yeasts and aged in steel.
