More About This Wine

Charming notes of aromatic herbs, white flowers and citrus fruits emerge on the nose. On the palate, the wine has fresh notes of nectarine, citrus and white blossom, with a very balanced structure of fruits and acidity. The solid mineral backbone testifies its volcanic soil matrix. A long, soft finish makes you want to come back to the glass immediately. Delicious with seafood platters, pasta dishes, risotto, chicken and semi-hard cheeses. This wine has huge potential to age and will reveal great complexity with a few years in the bottle.

Hows it's made

At the beginning of October, the bunches are hand-harvested, de-stemmed and pressed gently, then the resulting wort is immediately chilled. Fermentation takes place in temperature-controlled stainless steel tanks for about 20 days. The wine is left to develop on the fine lees with frequent batonnage for six to eight months, again in stainless steel tanks.
