More About This Wine
Light straw-yellow in colour with pale green reflections. The nose is fragrant and delicate, with white blossom, lime and crunchy pear notes. The palate is delicate and persistent, with tropical notes of lychee and passion fruit, and a granny smith zinginess that cuts through the leesy, biscuity mouthfeel. To be enjoyed young and fresh, accompanied by delicate starters, white fish dishes, chicken and vegetarian dishes.
Hows it's made
The grapes are harvested manually in the second week of September. The grapes are destemmed and undergo a short pre-fermentative maceration for 4 h at 4°C, before being soft-pressed and fermented at a low temperature of 15C for 20 days. The wine is matured on its fine lees and undergoes weekly baronage.
