Deep ruby colour, with purple highlights. The nose displays an intense, charming bouquet of violets and rosehips. The distinct mineral note is coupled with a touch of undergrowth and wet leaves. Dry and warming on the palate, sapid, with firm tannins that soften with time. As it ages, notes of coffee and spices emerge. Serve cool, between 16-18℃.
