More About This Wine
Attractive light lemon colour, with gold reflections. The ripe pear, green apple, gooseberry and green pepper on the nose is reflected on the palate. All varied by a solid mineral backbone. Full, linear and pure, with great freshness and long saline finish. A fantastic pairing to seafood dishes and to the glorious goat cheeses of the Loire but this works well with a charcuterie board too.
Hows it's made
The harvest is de-stemmed and taken to the press using a conveyor belt to avoid bruising the fruits. Vinification in stainless steel vats with occasional light lees stirring.
