More About This Wine

Seductive even to those (like me-Rob) who are not fan of Muscat. Restrained and floral nose, with a smoky/mineral side coming from the schist. The taste is frank, tense, with a pleasantly long finish. Perfect bubbles for an aperitif with savoury snacks, especially fried food that comes from the sea.

Hows it's made

This Muscat on schist is harvested early to preserve its freshness. It was bottled at the end of its fermentation, hence the natural “sparkling”. This is followed by a maturing period of nearly a year on lees to refine the bubble, then by a disgorging process that was carried out in the autumn of 2018, according to the traditional method, to remove the lees and find a clear wine decorated with a coloured wire cap that invites you to celebrate.
