More About This Wine
Pale salmon in colour, the nose opens up with white currant and citrus fruits. The palate is fresh and racey, with mouthwatering acidity and a fine, fruity finish.
Hows it's made
Direct press with the first juices and separation of the first juices and the presses. Fermentation happens with indigenous yeast only in concrete tank of 50hl. Aged for four months in concrete tanks. Not fined, slightly filtered.
