More About This Wine

Crushed stone, cranberry and red cherry notes in this ripe but restrained blend of Grenache (60%) and Mourvèdre (40%). Sourced from biodynamic fruit, it’s a full-bodied, concentrated wine that maintains remarkable vibrance and acidity throughout. Fine-grained tannins accentuate its youthful appeal.

Hows it's made

Harvested by hand, de-stemmed and lightly pressed. Indigenous yeasts only, vinifications of the two grapes happens separately in cement vats. Mourvèdre is aged in the traditional ‘demi-muids’ used in the Rhône Valley (600L old oak barrels) of for 12 months, while the Grenache is kept in cement vats.
