More About This Wine

A red wine for summer. Fresh, crunchy raspberries, strawberries and red cherries on the nose, a fine grinding of pepper on the palate too. It is juicy, young, and not-too-serious. To have slightly chilled over bbq ribs, or with a charcuterie and cheese board at the start of a great meal.

Hows it's made

The harvest is manual and the grapes are collected in 15kg crates. The grapes are de-stemmed and vinified separately. Fermentation takes over two weeks, with soft stirring of the cap. The wine is then aged for seven months in stainless steel vats. Unfiltered and without any added sulphites.
