More About This Wine
Intense ruby colour. On the nose the fresh wild berries and red cherry anticipate a fruity, fresh palate, where we also find liquorice and sweet spices. It ends with fine, soft tannins. A wine comfortably cool, which deserves to be served fresh and calls for barbecue and summer parties.
Hows it's made
The grapes are de-stemmed, lightly crushed, and quickly poured into fermentation vats for 20 days using only indigenous yeasts. The wine is aged for four months, in stainless steel tanks. No filtration.
