More About This Wine

On the nose it is fine and delicate, with an intense bouquet of wild herbs and flowers. On the palate the alcohol is well balanced, the acidity is mild, with notes of nectarine and green fruits, leading to a fresh, soft, fruity finish. Serve at 14-16℃.

Hows it's made

The grapes are left to ferment with frequent punch downs on the cap in truncated cone-shaped oak vats. No temperature control, without external yeasts or enzymes. After soft pressing the wine remains on its fine lees for 11 months in Slovenian oak barrels, undergoing baronage every three days. The wine then ages in the same vessels for about 12 months.
