Croizillon
Château les Croisille
£19.00
Too elegant and a bit too complex to call it a ‘vin de soif’, but here we have a Malbec that is as comfortable on its own as it is with a simple, home-cooked meal.

More About This Wine
The light, fresh side of malbec. Straws, raspberry, pomegranate, violets, cocoa and a touch of smoke on the ample and supple finish.
Hows it's made
Partly mechanical and partly manual harvest, from 30 year old vines farmed according to organic principles. The wine is vinified with minimal extraction, whole cluster fermentation and partial carbonic maceration. Aged for 6 months in a combination of stainless steel and concrete tank.
