More About This Wine
Attractive notes of orange blossom, spicy, honeysuckle and a kiss of minerality in this exceptional cuvée named after Catherine of Siena, Saint and Doctor of the Church, went to Avignon in 1376 as ambassador of the city of Florence. She persuaded Pope Gregory XI to return to Rome to relocate the Papacy back where it belonged.
Hows it's made
Whole bunch press, the must is then left to settle, simply. Vinification is done in stainless steel vats. No filtration and minimal sulphur added.
