Brilliant ruby colour. Smoky and spicy aromas on the nose, with stewed plum, strawberry, red cherry and raspberry notes interlaced with green, herbal undertones. Supple and mineral, a gourmet wine that is medium bodied but remains fresh, balanced and precise from start to finish.
Hows it's made
Harvested and sorted by hand. Vinification in a mix of concrete and oak tanks, with indigenous
yeasts only. Aged for 18 months in French oak barrels. Organic wine Ecocert-certified Biodyvin
