More About This Wine

Intense aromas of wild strawberries, blackberries, red currant and pomegranate with underlying scents of myrtle, aloe and geranium and subtle balsamic hints of eucalypt and liquorice. The taste is full-bodied and smooth, with velvety tannins, a lively acidity and a long-lasting finish. Fermentation in stainless steel tanks with the use of indigenous yeast and no artificial temperature control.

Hows it's made

In the cellar Pusole follows a production philosophy which aims at preserving the true character of the wines, shaped by the soil and the vintage. Only indigenous yeasts are used for the fermentation, and temperatures are controlled exclusively by airing the must. After hand harvesting, the wine undergoes non-temperature controlled natural fermentation and remains unfiltered.
