More About This Wine
The colour is ruby red, with an enticing nose of fresh black fruits and wild berries, spices and garrigue herbs. The palate is fresh, vibrant, lightly oxidative, with silky tannins and a long mineral finish.
Hows it's made
The Cabernet Sauvignon grapes are de-stemmed, lightly crushed, and quickly poured into fermentation vats for 40 days using only indigenous yeasts. The wine is then blended with the Grenache and Cinsault juices from the Petite Selve and Berry cuvées. The wine is aged for 12 months, 50% in amphora and 50% in barrel. The wine is not filtered.
